今天早上无端端被人质问， 不是我的问题，有无端端落在我身上~

人家经期来潮，心情已经不稳定的啦， 还要问问问~
总公司的人还真的很奇怪， 推卸责任~

一个不小心，一个不爽，我骂了~我终于破口骂了~

Y:    Hello, Ms Jamie, you are asking for the payment of 6th shipment?

me : Yes, you already confirmed the shipping schedule, so we need to know the payment status.

Y: Ok, so means that this month will be 4 containers for customer? and we not yet confirm the second shipment...

me: what? sir, 2nd shipment? the vessel sailed on 19 Mac, and it will arrive on tomorrow !!! you mean you not yet confirm? As informed by you on your email, you request to maintain the shipment and no delay even the port facing crane break down problem. And we maintain it for you, now you said you not yet confirm? Sir, we have no idea on it, and the goods has been out from the port, there's nothing we can do.

Y: Ok,anyway, I'll talk to customer. and we shall delay the next shipment.

me : Sir, I dun find I'm having mistake on this, I informed everything inadvance to you, and I dun think I deserve any of your inquiry as I reported you everything in advance. Anyhow, I'll fax the shipping documents to you right now. From now on, pls liaise with me by email. Thanks,bye.
