Tea ~

Just received an email from Nicholas, share here...

Are you drinking the right tea?

1.  People who use their "brain" to work or students who study hard day and night --- should drink more chrysanthemum Tea.

2.  People who need a lot of body energy to work or those people that do a lot of exercise everyday --- should drink Wu Loong Tea.

3.  People who travel on a bike or work in dirty and polluted places --- should drink Green Tea.

4.  For people who likes to sit down all day long and not doing anything even exercising --- must drink Green Tea and Flower Tea.

5.  People who smoke and drink a lot of alcoholic drinks --- should drink more
Green Tea.

6.  Carnivore (those people who must eat meat) at least once a day, or feel sick or not feeling well --- try to drink some
Wu Loong Tea.

7.  People who go to the washroom too often or too less --- should drink more Honey Tea.

8.  People with high cholesterol and high blood pressure --- Wu Loong Tea, Green Tea.

9.  Those who work with computers everyday --- need to drink a Lot of Tea (any tea will do).

Whenever you are working with the computer, you should make some tea; drink it when you are free.

Drinking Tea is healthy --- it can protect and prevent the harmful
Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer).

Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our body feel fresh again.

 

Because of this email, I bought Green Tea from Japan. But I wonder what is Honey Tea?  Never heard that before~  Anyone can advise?

    Remark :

    酵素可每天饮用,饮用时无须用开水稀释,
    Enzyme can drink everyday, no need fill water.
    每天可补充30-60cc(最多不应超过90cc)的酵素.
    Preferred on empty stomach. 30cc to 60cc each time.

    三个星期后的即可饮用的芦荟酵素.

    Ingredients:
    食材:
    Ingredients:
    芦荟适量 (蘆薈quantum sufficient)
    柠檬3~5粒 (Lemon 3~5 biji)
    (any fruit also can...u like la)
    冰片糖2包 (Rock sugar 2 pack)
    大瓶庄好立克玻璃容器(确保洗净后,务必晒干或风干)
    (big bottle, wash it and make it really dry)

    Directions:
    食材处理:
    Ready :
    所有材料处理干净;芦荟和柠檬洗净风干再去皮切片,冰片糖切粒状.
    酿制时确保刀具,沾板,双手保持干净,不能碰到水,油,免得发霉.

    make sure all the fruit wash it clean & make it really really dry.
    (my mum will wash it and put over night make sure is really dry la..)
    of coz knife ah every thing must dry too. your hand also..
    and than you can cut the fruit.. sugar also can make a bit smaller la~

    做法:
    Directions :
    1.在玻璃瓶底层先铺上一层芦荟,再放切片柠檬,然后才撒上一层冰片糖.
    2.重复步骤1至玻璃瓶已有8分满,在最上一层撒冰片糖.
    3.将瓶口盖紧等待发酵.
    4.待三个星期后就可开封饮用.

    1. at bottom put your fruit, lemon then sugar..
    2. repeat 1, fill up until 8/10 of bottler, the last put some rock sugar at top.
    3. cover it..( second day the fruit will immerse , so you still can add one more layer like step 1, fruit, lemon, sugar)
    "After second day cannot open anymore."
    4. after 3 week can open and filter the fruit and water..than can drink de la..

    ( at the 3 week time, you can left right lightly turn the bottle..)

    no matter you use what fruit also the same..!!! ~
