  7. i think u eat too little.....too much air in ur stomach ...........thats no good ....drink more warm water....take some peppermint ginger....u hv to eat 3 to 5 meals a day ...in small portion la.....if not u cant slim down ......n u need to sleep .....sleep late will fat too oh....:)

  14. quicker oat要早上每天喝一杯,真的会瘦!

    quicker oat吃后早午餐照吃,晚餐不要吃那么多。
    点心和宵月和嘴痒的时间不要吃。
